Duties:
Position Summary The office coordinator position is responsible for reception and the smooth running of the office on a daily basis.
The office coordinator will organize and coordinate office administration and procedures, in order to ensure organizational effectiveness, efficiency and safety.
The ideal candidate should be well-organized, flexible, able to handle multiple simultaneous tasks and be someone who will enjoy supporting the diverse culture of .
This is an on-site position and will range from 30-40 hours a week.

Primary Responsibilities Greet and welcome guests and visitors, notify host of arrival and issue visitor badge as needed Answer, screen and forward incoming phone calls Ensure reception area is clean and presentable Receive, sort and distribute daily mail and deliveries Coordinate meetings and book conference rooms Maintain office security by following safety procedures and controlling access via the reception desk (Envoy system, issue visitor badges) Order front office supplies and keep inventory of stock Perform other administrative duties such as filing, photocopying, scanning as needed May support other activities such as event planning and ordering meals Coordinates food and snacks/drinks vending activities with vendors Supports Sr.
Office Administrator with other office support functions Escalate safety, facility and security related issues to the appropriate department Supports EHS department with administrative work, department functional tasks (e.
g.
fire extinguisher inspections) and document creation/review Travel Local travel between buildings (.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster.
