Seeking a Principal Automation Engineer with specialization in capital project lifecycle management, automation systems, and regulatory compliance for biopharmaceutical production facility equipment/systems.
Requirements:
Degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Chemical Engineering, Biotech Engineering or related life science engineeringKnowledge and experience in capital project lifecycle management including conceptual design, scope, resource estimate & cost estimate development, business case development and detailed designProven experience with Emerson Delta-V DCS system, Rockwell Automation SCADA and PLC Platform, ABB Robot and Mitsubishi roller bottle machineExperience in Electronic Batch Reporting Systems Design and implementationExpertise in Process Control Network design including network segregationFamiliarity with System Integration using OPC, Foundation Fieldbus, Profibus and DeviceNet technologiesCompliance to regulatory requirements such as 21 CFR Part 11, ASTM 2500, S88, S95 and GAMP.
Responsibilities:
Manage support of ATO Drug substance operations dailyRepresent plant automation team in Area WCTsLead a team of Automation engineers responsible for complex capital construction projects including Global Lifecycle Asset Management (GLAM) projectsRepresent Plant Automation team during the development of project plan, business case and cost estimates with key customers and stakeholdersEstimate manhours and required resources based on project scopeTop Must Have Skill Sets:
Life science experienceRockwell Automation ExperienceGMP Manufacturing facility experienceAdditional Information:
This is an onsite position.

Pay:
