Duties:
- Answer phone calls from clients with a professional, friendly and welcoming attitude.
- Schedule appointments, surgeries, and follow-up visits.
- Maintain accurate records of client information, medical history, and billing.
Skills:
Veterinary Reception experience.
Knowledge of basic veterinary terminology and procedures.
Knowledge of basic computer systems and software used in veterinary settings.
