Our curriculum is focused on health education, healthy eating, and a variety of low to high intensity exercise classes taught by certified personal trainers and Yoga instructors.
With detailed data collection including behavior frequency and duration, dietary consumption, medication lists and regular tracking of vital signs, we are seeing dramatic weight loss, decreased medication intake, reduced behaviors, and participants simply enjoying life more.
Put your passion into your work as the Day Program Administrator in Newbury Park! The Day Program Administrator is responsible for overseeing all aspects of the Wellness Program provided by People Creating Success, Inc and participating in the development and implementation of the program; assisting consumers in participating in Day Program activities in accordance with the Individual Service Plan (ISP) and Individual Program Plan ( IPP), monitoring the ISP and IPP and assisting with revisions as necessary; serving as an advocate for the consumer with community agencies.
Employee will be in direct contact with the individuals supported 75% of the time.

Provide training and oversight to all employees who work with supported individuals Participation in ongoing trainings through Regional Centers Monitor daily and monthly documentation Facilitate regular meetings with individuals and staff Attending meetings with service coordinators Maintain open communication with Regional Center and service coordinators Reflect agency policy in all interactions with supported individuals and staff Oversight of overall safety and wellness of individuals served and staff Have positive/caring interactions with supported individuals and employees Advocate for and assist supported individuals in advocating on their own behalf Assist supported individuals in identifying life goals and specific preferences Assist supported individuals in identifying and utilizing community connections and natural support networks Educate individuals about self-determination, enviable lives, and assist individuals in exploring the implications for themselves Goal and programming creation and oversight of implementation for supported individuals Job Requirements:
Valid Driver's License and clean driving record Must be able to pass background check and drug test Bachelors or Masters in related field (preferred) Management/Supervisory experience (preferred) Must be available to work a minimum of 40 hours per week Bilingual is a plus!

$25-$30 DOE.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
