Youth Development IQualification:
Minimum of 1 years of experience working with children in a group settingFundamental grasp of youth development principles, particularly in elementary/middle school contexts.
Basic knowledge of engagement strategies tailored to children.
Willingness to participate in comprehensive onboarding and training programs, including shadowing experience staff.
