We are looking for a customer service representative to join our growing team.
The ideal candidate loves talking to and helping people, staying organized, and proactively solving issues.
Responsibilities Communicate with customers and potential customers via phone, email, and chat.
Schedule Appointments for our Roofing Specialists.
Confirm upcoming appointments.
Provide knowledgeable answers to questions about product, pricing, and availability.
Resolve customer complaints in a timely and professional manner.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
Customer follow-up to ensure 100% customer satisfaction.
Work with internal departments to meet customer and company needs.
Provide White Glove customer service to our contract clients.
Qualifications At least one year of relevant work experience (Construction or Home Service Company experience a plus) Excellent phone etiquette and excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work.
Experience working in concierge or white glove customer service a plus.
Service Titan experience a plus.
