Job Description

(Contract position)

Provides administrative support to the human resources function in the areas of HRIS/compensation/benefits, staffing/employment, employee relations, and/or organizational development (OD) and training.

COVID tasks supporting business units on the west coast

Exit Interviews

Schedule interviews

Coordinate NP check printing

Hold exits with employee

Exit Process - Interns

  • Send exit documentation to intern/ensure exit documentation is receive and survey is completed
  • Print final checks, if CA

New Hire Orientation (NHO)

  • Potentially support abbreviate NHO for Fab Tech Conversions in NBP

REQUIREMENTS:

- High School Diploma or GED

- 2 year of relevant experience

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
