Key Qualifications
- Experience with product reliability of semiconductor ICs/ integrated circuits
- Experience in dealing with JEDEC standards for reliability assessments of semiconductor products
- Experience with root cause analysis and permanently fixing quality and/or reliability issues
- Knowledge of RF design and testing, wafer fabrication processes, assembly processes, semiconductor device physics, reliability test equipment, failure analysis equipment, failure analysis of ICs, 8D methodology, structural problem solving and statistical analysis
- Strong analytical skills
- Excellent interpersonal, communication and writing skills
- Must be able to successfully handle multiple high priority projects and deliver results
- Proficient with Microsoft Excel, Word, Power Point
Description
- Generate Product Qualification plans based on the physics of failure approach and with an understanding of the functioning of the product.
- Review and understand the reliability test results and make appropriate engineering judgement and decisions based on data and drive actions.
- Generate Product Qualification reports.
- Drive root cause analysis and corrective/preventive actions stemming from reliability qualification failures.
- Manage schedules for qualification testing of products. Coordinate activities with the laboratory engineers and technicians.
- Maintain Qualification database.
- Prepare weekly activity report
Education & Experience
You have minimum BS Degree in Electrical Engineering (MS in Electrical Engineering a plus!) 5 years in semiconductor industry is preferred but not required.
